  This was my first time trying valvoline and decided to try them because they open at 730 on a Saturday. This was one of the easiest in and out experiences getting an oil change/filter done; timely and professional. Both Ryan and Miguel were two techs that handled the communication and service with professionalism, something rare these days. For sure I will be a returning customer

  What a great service I get every time I go to Valvoline, Jose was very informative. Told me what I needed. Didn’t push anything on me though and gave me great discounts. I will forever be going here. The men there are amazing.

  Such a lovely team! On a cross country road trip and needed an oil change. These guys did such a good job and were so friendly that I stopped by to recharge my AC on my way west. My AC actually had a bigger issue, but the guy there was very patient and his work helped me know what to say to the mechanic. I felt very taken care of despite being a total stranger - thank you so much!

  Was in need of an oil change ASAP. There are about a dozen car maintenance locations to choose from and all less than 5 miles from my house. I landed on the Gotham St Valvoline location due to a 25$ coupon and they’re open until 7p. Due to the organized system, my oil change began within 5 mins of arriving. The CSR tech (Cris) was very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. I mentioned my coupon and he informed me they’re running a 20% off deal which gave me an even bigger discount. In addition, the TOPSIDE tech (Kanin) was extremely focused and efficient. Will be taking both of cars here from here on out.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don't usually write five star reviews, but the level of customer service I received here deserves recognition. From the moment I arrived, the entire operation ran like a well-rehearsed orchestra, with Kai serving as the conductor. He coordinated everything seamlessly while making every customer feel like they were his top priority. Throughout my visit, he repeatedly checked in with a friendly, "Is there anything else you need, sir?" and genuinely seemed invested in making sure my experience was exceptional. What impressed me most wasn't just the speed of the oil change—it was the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail demonstrated by the entire team. Everyone appeared to know their role, worked together efficiently, and treated customers with respect and courtesy. In a world where great customer service can be difficult to find, Kia and his team set the standard. I am so appreciative of the experience that I will gladly drive an extra 10 miles every time to have my vehicle serviced here. Five stars without hesitation. Thank you, Kia, and thank you to the entire team for reminding me what outstanding customer service looks like.
