  Came to Valvoline in Lowell, it was absolutely amazing! Grandpa helped me and was so kind. He explained everything perfectly and helped me prioritize on what needed to be done for my car to stay in tip top shape. I came in just for an oil change and I left with an oil change, radiator fluid replacement and a new air filter. Will definitely be back! They treat you like family. Thanks Grandpa!

  I’ve been coming to this location for years. The team is always professional, friendly, and efficient. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make the whole oil change process quick and easy. I really appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail.

  Ive been bringing work vehicles and personal vehicles here for years. At this point im getting kind of tired of the upselling and constant recommending of "service" and crazy filter changes when they arent even dirty. My wifes car last time they "tested the battery" and said it was weak at 30%, and wanted to change it. I told him no, and that id have my tech check it. The battery was perfectly fine at 89%. Whats up with that? How many people are getting scammed like that? Id like to continue using this location for all my vehicles, so it would be appreciated if the workers relaxed on trying to be salesmen. Just do the oil change, stop trying to strongarm people into unnecessary filters/batteries/radiator cleanings. Thanks

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline! José Matos provided outstanding customer service—professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
