  Would not mount tires that had a higher load index because "they didn't match the door card" (the lady gave attitude right from the beginning as the answering service didnt relay the appointment or she had not seen it prior to me walking in.) I can understand if the rating was lower but this was not the case and there was no communicating with this lady the answer was no from the moment I walked in. The tires that are on the truck are L/T with a load index of 112(2469lbs) the tires i wanted to put on are are H/T with a load index of 120 (3086 lbs) which would give a smoother rider, higher capacity, longer life due to a higher compound rating and a lower rolling resistance. Educate your employees, and train for better customer service.

  I had a leak in my tire, and Kim was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. The technicians who worked on my car (I unfortunately didn't catch their names) were also friendly and quickly put my spare tire on while they ordered a replacement. The very next day, Kim called to let me know my new tire had arrived. While they were installing it, we had a great conversation, and she continued to provide excellent customer service. To make matters even better, I had accidentally misplaced or thrown away my warranty paperwork, and Kim went out of her way to call Tire Warehouse in Hudson to get the information I needed. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate everyone who helped me, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

  So many people have left bad reviews about the woman at the front desk, and today my experience was no different. I went to this store today. Before walking to the front desk, I spoke with two employees outside the shop. They were very polite and told me that before they could check my tire, I needed to go inside and speak with the woman at the front desk. I greeted her and said, "Hi," but she didn't respond. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. She walked with me to my car, and the first thing she said was that my tire was low because I had a ladder on the roof of my vehicle. Then she pointed to the tire and claimed that was the cause of the problem. I checked it myself, and there was no air leaking. She simply said, "I can't work on your car." I said, "All right," and left. She spoke very loudly for no reason and was very unprofessional in the way she treated a potential customer. I then went to another nearby store, and guess what? They found a small nail in my tire. That proved the problem had nothing to do with the ladder on my vehicle, as she had claimed.

  Girl on the phone was insanely rude and had absolutely no sense of empathy. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life, I’m not saying she should have broken the rules for me- I respected the company policy but she was really combative and hung up on me.

  A+ for the guys at Tire warehouse. They’re not looking to screw you over a tire… this is if you get attended by the employees. The supervisor called Kim is rude as hell, with no good client service skills at all. She received me at the warehouse with a “sit and wait if u want”
