  Terrible service they tried to charge me $230 to replace 4 tires when it only cost 34.99 each tire👀👀 when you have your own brand new shady

  This is the second time I’ve been there, and every time I go, the older lady acts like she doesn't want to work and treats you badly; she gave me an excuse for not doing the job. I went to Pep Boys and they got it done right away—it was just a nail.

  Made an appt online, went to the shop and they were totally unaware of my appt. Went in for something small but she refused to offer me any help unlike I get a whole new tire. I refused and brought it dwn the street instead of spending money buying a new tire and I got my flat fixed for $15.

  The woman running this Chelmsford location is a miserable human being. Absolutely no class whatsoever so ever. So nasty just asking some basic questions don’t know how this is even running this store. What a good representation of tire warehouse if I was a hire up In management I would fire her immediately.

  I called on Sunday and needed at least 2 tires but wasn't sure if I should replace all 4. They told me to come right down and made it so easy to get the new tires and get them installed. The woman at the front desk was lovely and super helpful and the gentlemen installing the tires were quick and efficient. Will definitely return.
