This place use to be good. Went in today for 2 rear tire slow leak. Manager said my tire are low on tread. I bought the tire a year ago. she said the slow leak is on the side wall. I ask her are you sure about that. She didn’t want to do the tire plug and tried to sell me tires. I said no thanks and went some else. What an idiot. That’s why this place is always dead and dirty.

I went to get two front tires for my car first they said I need all four tires The mechanic said I have all-wheel-drive which is untrue. I have front wheel drive. Only then they looked at three different brands of tires and they didn’t have my tire size so I left.

I will never return to that tire warehouse again. I almost walked out when I arrived. First, I was rudely treated by the women at the front counter when I asked what she meant by taking the tire off and repairing it because she said they do not plug tires. Only after I queationably explained what she meant because I was unsure if that is what she meant could she sarcastically answer, "yeah". Then, I was told the tire cannot be repaired and I need a new one, but that they only had 1 Michelin tire left in stock and no used tires. The mechanic was quick and efficient, but then I realize that I was charged an extra $22.08 for optional road hazard coverage. I was never asked if I wanted it, just charged. The prices are a little high. I had to buy a new $138 tire that after all the fees and coverage was over $200. However, that is the least of my concerns when I walk into a building and already feel like I am a burden to their day and like I was lied to and taken advantage of from the start. Numerous people have told me they have had the same experience with the lady at the front counter. I only wish I checked their reviews and asked friends and family before I pulled in. Luckily l, I don't need to make that same mistake twice. Despite my tire having coverage that I paid for (even though I never asked for it) I would rather go somewhere else to get that tired repaired if something happens than go back there and have the same experience I did that day.

Let me start by saying if I could give zero stars I would have. I picked a set of four tires that fit my car. The quote given was around $500 all in. So I booked the appointment for same day which usually is awesome but then I arrived & was told the workers were sent home for the day. Then I was told I could have them swapped out the next day. I came in at the time they gave me only to be told that the tires weren’t in stock but if I came back later they could have them ready. Lastly they did a bait & switch then told me the new price for everything all in would be $850 for everything which should have already been disclosed already because I wouldn’t have wasted my time. The management team is horrible and not customer friendly. 👎👎💩
