  The day before the tires arrived, I dropped off two sheels and made an appointment for 4pm. The tires were delivered at 12:30pm, but they had still not been installed when I showed up at 6:30pm to pick them up. This was the 2nd time they have been very late installing tires on me. The first time, it took over 2hrs to install 4 tires when I had an appointment. They then tried to charge me $179 to install two tires when Tire Rack quoted $59. Looking into it, I saw a charge for a wheel alignment to the billvwhich they added without asking me if I wanted one or telling me that they had added it. I pointed out that they were putting tires on two rims which I came to pick up using a different car. Total scam as the probably would have charged me, tossed the wheels in my trunk and let me drive away if I hadn't questioned why they were billing me for a wheel alignment.

  I recently got four new tires and a wheel alignment and I had a great experience. Jorge helped me through the entire process and was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything was done with great care. I’m very happy with the service and absolutely love my new tires. Highly recommend!

  I can't say enough good things about Monroe Auto Repair & Tire in Lowell. I was a woman in complete distress after accidentally destroying my front right tire when I misjudged a U-turn and hit a curb. I pulled into their lot with a completely flat tire, stressed and worried, especially since I live about two hours away in Maine. Before I even had a chance to gather myself, one of the mechanics came right out to greet me. He was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. He calmly told me, "We can take care of you, ma'am," and brought me inside where it was cool and comfortable while we figured out what I needed. At first, it looked like they didn't have the unusual tire size that my SUV needed, and I was told it might not be available until the next day. That sent me into another panic because I had to get home. Somehow, the team worked some kind of magic. I still don't know how they did it, but they managed to find the exact tire I needed that same day, got it to the shop, installed it, and had me safely on my way back to Maine. The level of customer service I received was truly exceptional. Everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care during a very stressful situation. They didn't just fix my tire—they went above and beyond to help someone who was stranded, stressed, and far from home. Thank you to everyone at Monroe Auto Repair & Tire. I'll never forget your compassion, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. You turned what could have been a terrible experience into one I'll always remember with gratitude. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone who needs honest, caring, and outstanding service.
