My fiance called customer support placed an order for 4 tires, the wrong size was delivered to the store then they wanted to upcharge $100 more per tire and it was their fault, I wouldn't recommend.

Brought my truck to have a flat repair done. They were busy in the morning and had me book an appointment for the afternoon. They were very polite. Upon my arrival I showed them where the leak was and the lock for the wheels. They brought my truck in promptly and began the repair. As I watched them through the window I noticed they never took the tire off the vehicle. They just took the screw out and plugged the tire without installing a patch on the inside of the tire as stated in industry standards. Plug only is not considered an actual repair and deemed unsafe for long use. I was then charged 39.99 for a repair that wasn’t actually completed and when I asked them about it they just said they don’t do that there. If you are not patching a tire per industry standards and having people leave with a temporary repair that should be stated when booking the appointment. Update. Went to town fair tire to have an inner patch installed and was informed that whoever installed the plug damaged the inside of the tire by reaming out the hole improperly and the tire needs to be replaced.
