  The staff at the Lowell location of Enterprise were great. Super helpful, attentive and friendly. I did not have to wait at all and they made the car rental experience a very positive and easy one. Thanks to everyone there - Sam, Cole and the whole group.

  I had an exceptional experience at the Lowell Enterprise branch. I was in a stressful spot regarding my rental extension, and I cannot thank Dan and Samir enough for their help. They were incredibly professional, empathetic to my situation, and worked with me to find a practical solution that allowed me to extend my rental without immediate payment. It is rare to find such high-level customer service where the team actually takes the time to listen and help you through a hurdle. Dan and Samir are true assets to this location, and I will definitely be renting from this branch again.

  Had such a great experience here - above and beyond for real! Dan and Eli are absolute pros and made everything so quick and easy. They actually listened and understood exactly what I needed. The Jetta I picked up today is clean and drives great. Highly recommend this place. If I ever need another rental, I’m 100% coming back here. Huge shoutout to the driver who picked me up and brought me to Enterprise, too. He's super kind and professional. Thanks to everyone there for making the whole process a breeze! :)
