Have come here many times. It’s hit or miss depending on who helps you. Guy today wanted to be on his personal phone call entire time wouldn’t even talk to me. Just points at his screen and signals me to point. Was incredibly rude and slow as molasses.

I'm giving a 3 because it's not the people who work there as a whole it's one person. I never had issues in the years I've gone there .I come in for a spark plug for my moped that I've been getting for years . they did not have the exact brand or type and my father who is hard of hearing asked to see the computer screen to what they had . the guy said I have to bring the actual vehicle in. He kinda had an attitude like we didn't know what we were doing , even tho my father has been a mechanic for over 50 years .he didn't even want to show us the computer screen at first told us Lawrence had the same exact spark plug we asked for and it's a quick drive . I wouldn't norm be like this but the same guy gave my other friend an attitude over a simple part for his car like he didn't know what he was doing and that friend also fixes cars. If the guy knows how to fix cars and what he's doing that's great but if we arent asking for help and looking for simple parts and know what we are doing and what alternatives can be used then just let us see what's in stock instead of giving an attitude and telling us we need to bring vehicle in and it's hard to help us without the vehicle . it was the same employee both times. I've never had an issue before like I said all the other employees were great and knowledgeable.
