    Brought my Jeep here from another "Jeep dealership" because they tried to quote me over $9000 in repairs. 495 took care of my Jeep, charged me $1400 and said that the other dealership was trying to pull a fast one on me (which i suspected from the beginning). The Tech stayed late and got in early just to finish my Jeep in a very quick turn around. Now it runs great. Highly recommend the services department here.

    I brought my jeep in for a check engine light and overheating. After a week and $1900 Worth of work, I drive the car out of there, when they supposedly fixed it and the car was leaking oil profusely from under the car. They fixed that problem for free $1200 worth so they say. Seven days later and the engine light still on, now they tell me it’s because my car is old. If that was the case , service should’ve touch it if you don’t fix old cars. It’s a 2018 jeep with 102k miles. Never had an issue except for charging the oil filter housing a year ago. Take it to this dealer and in a week it needs over 4,000 worth of work. So that’s what the dealer manager is going with, my car is old. Lesson learned. Don’t take your car there, unless it’s a new car, because they can’t handle fixing anything unless it’s new.

    Had a great experience. Was able to schedule online. Dropped it off this morning and they paid and scheduled my uber home. They did the repair and paid and scheduled for my return uber. Was very pleased. All the employees were polite and courteous.

    I'm not a Dodge guy, but I brought my Black friend here a couple of years ago to buy a Challenger so it should have been an easy sell but the salesguy wanted to be racist so we went across the street to buy a Honda instead. Maybe try harder next time to sell a product.

    dropped my car off to have them look at a few things. picked it up and my black rim is scratched exposing the silver underneath. called them, left a message and even messaged them on Facebook. No call returned. I’ve had this car a month and the rims were all in perfect condition.
