  I'm really desappointed. What a terrible experience. They did put the wrong oil in my car. And I was the one who found out. I would never recommend to anyone that I know. And. Will never go back there as well!!!

  Quick and efficient service, which is a huge plus when you're in a hurry. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but I did feel the prices were a bit on the higher side compared to other places. Overall, a decent experience but room for improvement on affordability.

  Angelo Kate and Jamel were fantastic from the beginning of the process to the end. They took care of my wife’s car with the most precise car, I feel confident on the services provided today and will be returning soon with not just her car but my car as well! Thank you!

  I advice everyone that comes here to ask for receipt and make sure drain plugs and all oil changes are done accurately. Keep names of everyone who touches your vehicle here, they are not professionals. They will destroy your vehicle they will take accountability and then back up and say its your fault or elsewhere fault. If you can take your car to other places do so avoid this company at all cost specially in Leominster my experience, Hudson location another client complains the same. Keep all records guys.what ever they advice you to change double check with another company as you can see they will tell you things that you dont need. Corporate cust service wont assist you either they will back them up even though they admit they’re wrong. At your own risk go to this place.

  Not the best experience I’ve had for an oil change at this location. I had been in earlier in the week with my own vehicle and decided to take my wife’s vehicle in for the same service. I had no issues with my services on Monday but when I went back on Wednesday all of the services that were supposed to be done were not completed. The oil change was done, however oil hand prints were left all over the hood and spilt oil in the engine compartment. I was also told that they had ran out of windshield washer fluid, after it was checked off and said that all fluids were topped off and my reservoir was completely empty. I also don’t believe they checked the tire pressure on the vehicle. Was not 100% happy with my service but hopefully it was just an off day for the techs. I do plan to be back but I hope the service is better.
