  This is the first time I use the Enterprise Car Rental in Leominster, MA 01453. I am pleased with the diligent processing of my last minute car rental and the assistance I received from the staff. I will definitely return to this office for my next car rental.

  We used the car for three weeks and had absolutely no issue with it. The people we dealt with both the insurance company and Enterprise were professional and accommodating.

  My wife went in to get a car rental and a rep named jackson wasnt being helpful at all , says we couldnt get the rental because we need a credit card. we got one there the year before with a debit card , she asked him to just close out the quote and forget it ,then he tries to convince her to keep it open saying to “come back soon or it would start charging us extra the next day”. We called fitchburg and a rep took care of us rite away no problem we also found out Jackson never closed the quote like we asked him to so we wouldve gotten charged extra. There was 6 other employees all not trained, jacksons been training them for 2 weeks and they still dont know how to help people systematically, figures..Jacksons training them.

  I have severe perfume/scent allergy (puts me in the ICU)! Upon entering the Enterprise office, someone wearing heavy scent kept me out of the building. Will and Jackson at the Leominster Office came outside to help me. These guys were so attentive and empathetic, the experience was so much more than just renting a car. This very human contact is the fiber that not only build business, but it also builds community. In difficult times, this professionalism like theirs coupled with simple kindness is exactly what we all need. The car itself was great, but what will bring me back to Enterprise every time? Will and Jackson; two wonderful young men found at Enterprise Leominster MA.

  Great customer service and prices. Fantastic follow up to make sure you are satisfied. The vehicle I had could have used a slightly better cleaning job done; n it, as the windows were very dirty on the interior. Other than that all was very good.
