  If I could give it a ZERO I would. It's the WORST rental car branch I have dealt with. They gave me a car with an expired inspection sticker and when I went to return it the driver took it straight to get it inspected at the car dealer next door. There was no inspection and then they submitted a claim months later for significant damage that was not there when I returned the vehicle. They make up damage to get a car insurance payout from the customer. It was the WORST experience ever! Next time I will make sure to take my own pictures when I return any vehicle. You live and you learn. DO NOT rent from this place! you will regret it!

  My experience with you all was great. The process was quick, even with him going over the car and explaining different things the car does. The return was just as simple; I was in and out. I just had to wait for my ride.

  Easy check in and check out. great selection of cars. Amazing experience overall. professional and courteous team. thank you Bill and Chernys for such a great experience. I will definitely use Enterprise in Lawrence for future car rentals!!

  *edit: the reply to this review is s slap in the face. I did reach out to the link you provided, but it does nothing to reach anyone. There’s no area to contact someone in the company . As I said the customer service is a joke This location is shady and scams you. I made a reservation months in advance for a premium vehicle & a pick up time. When I called with a question about modifying my reservation a few days prior to pick up I was informed that the location would actually be closed at the pickup time I had selected online. No one had contacted me to let me know, despite the time being available when I booked. 0 customer service. To make matters worse when I arrived, I was told they don't carry premium vehicles at this location. If that's the case, those options shouldn't be offered online or a call made to inform me in advance. I was charged for a premium vehicle and was handed a regular vehicle with no adjustment in price. At drop off they charged my card and then claimed they couldn't see the charges on their end. Every employee seemed to provide a different explanation, and the manager I was told would contact me was suddenly unavailable for the entire weekend. Misleading, unprofessional, and a scam. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere!! If
