  ¡Excelente experiencia con Enterprise! La muchacha que me atendió fue muy amable, profesional y servicial. Además, hablaba español, lo que hizo todo mucho más fácil. Le pedí un vehículo híbrido y se tomó el tiempo de conseguirlo y hasta llevarlo al taller. Quiero agradecerle por su excelente servicio y por hacer todo tan fácil. ¡Muchas gracias!

  I booked through a 3rd party service. I had a great experience at this branch. It was my first time going through the 3rd party, but the price difference was almost half. I had the car for 10 days. I'm now getting ready to pick a car up for a month through the 3rd party service and I recommend calling the morning and afternoon before of the reservation. THIS Enterprise has the nicest staff and they're very helpful, I was afraid they wouldn't have a car, they seem to have plenty, but because I booked before memorial day I'm definitely going to do my research to make sure my reservation is honored! I have trust in this location and I'm really not worried. See you soon Enterprise!

  Horrible customer service Had to miss work twice to get a car First day They call me a LIER A person from Lawrence location call me to Set a pick up Time and when I get there they told, they had give it to someone else Second day they gave me a dirty car With rest of food in it All the seats are stained and the smell horrible Just spoke with Troy on the phone And the arrogance he spoke to me was horrible If don’t know if he is the owner or manager But the lack of customer service is unbelievable Now I have to miss work again to get a car That is clean and in good shape Horrible experience Don’t recommend this location It seem more like they doing u a favor Than giving a service that is been paid for
