  Not a customer but nearly took out the front end of my truck due to a non marked dark grey chain across the entrance to either there's or Commonwealth Chevys auxiliary lot. The included photo is from the inside view of the lot notice the cones making it appear that just exiting from this spot isnt allowed and how nearly invisible the chain is.

  I was asking the manager a question about why the tax was listed 3xs. He did not answer the question and just kept saying, calmly and condescending, he explained it that legally they have to list the tax (I was saying I get that) and then hung up the phone! He said he emailed me a copy of the rental and when I checked my email the same thing was sent 3 times! I told him my Ins. Co does not pay for taxes and he said they absolutely do. I explain the loss was not my fault and that is what the claims handler told me, he said nothing. I would have not got the car I had, I as told I was getting a full size and I was in a sporty Camry. This was the Marston St., Lawrence, MA office...so unprofessional!

  I rent a lot from Enterprise. It was my first time renting at the Lawrence, MA location. Service was outstanding. Car was in great shape. Pleasure to work with Troy and his team.

  Their website will rent you cars they don't actually have. Currently stranded at a gas station with my luggage because they cancelled my reservation while I was on the way to pick up. Apparently the website does not actually track inventory and will allow you to rent regardless of whether they have any cars available.
