- BWBeautful World4 days ago1.0I believe ssa does quality work and appreciate a good warranty but I made my decision based on a written estimate that was to be good for 90 days that they did not honor also I was told oem parts would be used but not until after thé job was completed did they tell me that aftermarket parts are used not oem. Just wish ssa would be more upfront with their customers so we can understand what we are getting and decide whether we want to go to ssa or elsewhere. As it turned out it would have been cheaper to have my wheel bearing and brakes done at the Mercedes Benz dealership with oem parts.

Dan & Chris were terrific to work with - keeping us advised of status via texts. A bit of a delay due to parts availability however, we were given adequate notice so, no problem. Highly recommend SSA for servicing your import vehicle.
