  I had the tires installed in January of last year—so I’ve barely had them for a year and four months—and I haven’t even driven 30,000 miles; yet, the tires are already useless. The warranty states that they are covered for 65,000 miles, but the company refuses to take responsibility. That is why I am giving them a terrible rating. Thanks for nothing. 2 tires GOOD YEAR like around 500$ To the trash

  I had a great experience at Monro in Kingston, Mass. Barry treated me with respect and explained the charges. I will definitely go back to Monro Kingston, Mass.

  I have brought my car in for major services like starter replacement to minor services like windshield wiper replacement and they are so nice and the manager is great he explains everything to me and has it fixed in a timely fashion

  Desperately needed assistance ASAP after finding a screw in my tire at 2am the night before. They were incredibly nice and were able to get me in as soon as the customers already being worked on were completed. I really appreciated the team here

  Being new to the area, I went to the nearest Jiffy Lube. They told me they couldn’t change my oil because whoever did it previously stripped the plug and suggested I try Monro which was right next-door. Not only did the young man behind the counter tell me it would be no problem, but my oil was changed promptly and both he, and the other young man that took my car back out to me were absolutely wonderful. They were courteous and very professional. I, along with my family members will be back for our oil change changes. Also, I’d like to mention that I was not “up sold“ which was very refreshing because many oil change establishments will do that. I mentioned that to the young man and he said… “ you didn’t need anything else, sir, I noticed your brakes are fine and everything else is in very good shape“
