They apologized and said they couldn't guarantee it would be done by the time i gave them. Too many variables involved. Insurance company, parts availability, etc. I hate driving a car with damage. BUT, they had the shop do some cosmetic repair that I couldn't be more pleased with. Now I can take my trip and bring it back to them without it being a rush. Awesome customer service and im not even a customer yet. ,
