  I’ve been a customer of Arrow Auto Body Inc. for many years and have had multiple vehicles repaired here. In the past, they worked on my 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD, and most recently, I brought in my 2024 Honda Pilot Elite AWD. Every time, Peter and his team have done an amazing job, and my most recent experience was no different! The quality of the repairs was excellent. The bodywork came out great, and the paint job and color matching were spot on. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and my Honda Pilot looked great when I got it back. The attention to detail and quality of their work really speak for themselves. What I really appreciate about Peter and his team is how easy they make the entire process. They handled all the paperwork, coordinated directly with the insurance company, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Their communication was excellent, and I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle. They took care of everything from start to finish, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. After having multiple vehicles repaired here over the years, I can confidently say that Arrow Auto Body has consistently provided me with excellent customer service and high-quality work. Whether it was my Acura TL in the past or my Honda Pilot most recently, Peter and his team have always delivered great results. There's a reason I continue to come back whenever I need bodywork done. In my experience, Arrow Auto Body Inc. is hands down the best auto body shop in town!   Went there to have hit & run danage repaired. But I wanted it done in a certain time frame. They apologized and said they couldn't guarantee it would be done by the time i gave them. Too many variables involved. Insurance company, parts availability, etc. I hate driving a car with damage. BUT, they had the shop do some cosmetic repair that I couldn't be more pleased with. Now I can take my trip and bring it back to them without it being a rush. Awesome customer service and im not even a customer yet. ,
