Everyone was so nice and the sales associate Jakob did a fantastic job finding me a car that would best fit my needs. The communication was also great from making the appointment until after I got the car and waiting for the registration to come in. This dealership really wants its customers to be happy with their purchase and will take the time to find the perfect fit. They are not pushy at all and they make the process very easy!

It is crazy to me that Volvo took out tire sensors so I couldn’t see each tire’s lessening psi as I drove it back to cape cod. I had to worry I’d have a blow out (AAA tow driver said I’d make it back) but I was worried. Other makes of cars still have the sensor. All that useless over tech & something useful to the driver was eliminated. Not service’s fault but it is Volvo’s. Get the word back to them.

I called Volvo Cars Cape Cod and asked if they could help me out with a major repair within a very limited timeframe since I needed to get back to NY. Their service department was extremely knowledgeable, provided me with a comprehensive video of my car’s condition and a detailed report with costs. Despite being extremely busy, they assured me they would do their very best to have my car fixed. Within a day, they did. Kudos to Brian and especially Madison in the service dept for her attention to my situation and her diligence in keeping me informed all along the way. Highly recommend!
