- DFdon fernandesJun 9, 20265.0Needed some significant repairs with short turnaround and they came through. Staff was responsive and took the time to walkthrough the work performed as well as explaining why they couldnt do a particular repair because they weren't comfortable it would produce a positive outcome. Appreciate the honesty. Costs I think are around market rates and the team was very upfront about it...in a good way. We'll go back when we need car repairs.
- JRJ RApr 15, 20261.0Over filled oil during oil change . driving down highway dash lights up oil is over filled . Didn't read manufactures specs. for vehicle make and model.. Didn't replace drain plug like manufacture ,specified . Just plain sloppy Work, then the mechanic says that's what their Books calls for. BS !!! What about what Volkswagen says .overfilling the oil can cause major problems . Then he gave me an estimate on Tires for $256 a tire. I think I'll go to Town fair total rip off unprofessional sloppy Work. My wife knew more then the mechanic , he should have googled obtuse ,stolid .ripoff.
