    The gentleman working on 8/6 and 8/9 was friendly, competent, and efficient. He was also saved the day when my return flight was canceled and he helped me change the drop location as painlessly as possible. Huge shoutout to him - didn't grab his name, but he made my weekend!

    The rental office at Cape Cod Airport did not review any existing damage with me before allowing me to take the vehicle. The rental office I dropped the car off at is charging me for damage I did not cause. The original rental office is impossible to reach by phone, even the phone number the airport office has listed for the rental office is disconnected. I want documentation from the rental office showing there was no damage but I can’t get it. If I could give zero stars I would.

    My experience was incredible! I reserved a Jeep Wrangler and was very specific about getting that car for my travels. When I got to Enterprise in Hyannis, they told me the one that was turned in that was to be mine was damaged and not available anymore. Knowing I was REALLY wanting a Jeep they made several calls and found one for me that was within my travel route and I was able to complete the rest of my vacation with the Jeep Wrangle I wanted. The customer service representatives were stellar. So professional, courteous, solution oriented. And I will definitely be using Enterprise again!
