  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Enterprise. On the second day of my rental, I reported that the SUV had a broken horn and badly balanced wheels, which caused noticeable vibration while driving. These are not minor inconveniences—they are serious safety concerns. The nearest branch could not provide a replacement, which I understood because it was a small location. However, the larger Enterprise office in Hyannis was also unable to provide a proper replacement. Instead of replacing my SUV with a comparable vehicle, they repeatedly told me that everything was reserved and offered me a minivan. A minivan is not an equivalent replacement for an SUV, and it was not what I paid for or expected. It is unacceptable that Enterprise rented me a vehicle with safety-related problems and then failed to provide a suitable replacement. I expected much better customer service, responsibility, and support from a major rental company. This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and completely disappointing. And I’m surprised that call center support can’t create a replacement request with a proper car that I can pick up in a proper time for me.

  It was a long process and I was given the keys to a vehicle with no explanation as to how to drive it. The shift was foreign to me because it was on the steering column, and there was something seriously wrong with the drivers seat. The young man that helped us was pleasant. Now I’m just waiting on my deposit, not sure how long that will take.

  Robin and Max are the best! Robin picked me up and brought me to the store so I could square my rental away. Max took care of me at the counter and was so sharp. Recommendation to corporate to get ear buds for the employees because those phones in the office are non stop. I don't know how they do it. I would absolutely rent from this location again.
