  I had my Volkswagon Atlas oil change service done. They did a very poor job leaving tank not fully closed properly. This lead to oil dripping to start on the way to our trip. I ended up paying premium cost for urgent oil change service to a different location where they showed me the problem and cause of it.

  Shoutout to Ronnie and Jackson—they were awesome. Ronnie wasn’t trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need or make a quick buck. He was honest, explained everything, and only recommended what my car actually needed, which I really appreciated. Jackson was super efficient, friendly, and helped make the whole visit quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The only downside had nothing to do with the employees—they don’t have a lift for tire rotations yet. Once they get that figured out, this will definitely be my go-to spot. Great service all around, and Ronnie and Jackson deserve the recognition!

  I went in with the hope of a quick oil change and left about an hour and 15 mins later. I don't think its all the shop's fault, every customer including myself had a skid plate, but what is their fault is the damage that they caused to my truck, which, to their credit, they owned up to right away. Getting a brief overview of the claims process its going to be at minimum 10 hours of my time to fix. Went in expecting to be done in a half hour, left with a part-time job's worth of work to do; that is unacceptable.

  They do not honor coupons. The valid through date would indicate the end date is the end of business on that day - as it is literally everywhere else unless specified which it was not. I will be going anywhere else to get an oil change, thanks.

  AC was working fine when I arrived. They did the AC recharge service. That did something to the AC, and it ended up not working immediately after the service. They tried to do it again and said that there must have been a small leak somewhere and that I'd need to go to a mechanic to fix it now. I don't see how, even if there was a small leak, we've been driving it around for a year with a perfectly functioning AC. And upon getting their 'service' the leak has developed into something that is now causing NO cold air to blow and it's fogging up my windows. Manager denied knowing about anything as he wasn't a mechanic, and eventually gave me my money back for the failed AC service. Now we are without AC in the middle of the summer, and we are forced to take it to a mechanic to see what went wrong. Really hoping they can take accountability for their actions and pay to have the AC fixed as well. My family has been going to the station for close to 15 years. This experience has soured my feelings about this company and it is beyond frustrating.
