They didn’t even start calling around to look for a car until I showed up. When they couldn’t find one, they were unapologetic and sent me away. Overall, they were rude and obviously unhelpful. I ended up having to use Uber.

I spent 2 hours straight trying to get ahold of someone, only to keep getting transferred from branch to branch while nobody answered the phone. I finally walked all the way over there myself just to find the phone sitting there ringing nonstop with the volume turned all the way down. When I mentioned it, the employee’s excuse was that he was “too busy.” I understand places get hectic, but completely ignoring customers and making communication impossible is unacceptable, especially when people are already dealing with stressful situations and need help. They sure know how to make a hard time even harder.
