  Jean was excellent. Honestly, this was the most professional oil change place I’ve ever been to. I’ll definitely be back again. I’m super impressed by this crew.

  Fast, professional and friendly. Notified me about other services that might be required but not ‘pushy’. Helped me navigate my infotainment system to reset all alerts. All in all - great experience with this particular Valvoline location

  People were nice but not trained well. Replaced filter and forgot to put new gasket on, had to clean up a pint of oil that went all over my engine, then had to google how to reset mileage and oil warning. I asked for a discount since it took me so long to get my oil done and they messed it up and I was told NO. Not good business My wife, daughter and I have been using for years. Shame

  Horrible experience removed my skid plate for routine oil change skid plate came off while driving screw from skid plate went into the passenger side rear tire side wall had to replace whole tire and get mounted and rebalance cost me about 400 bucks waited about 40 minutes to get my oil changed and an additional 35 minutes to complete when I returned to have my skid plate put back on the put another customer before me because he was in a rush. I use to stand by Valvoline but now I’ll never return.

  The crew that worked on my car was extremely helpful and effective. Cydney was informative and helped me understand the process and my next step for services. Overall, I am very happy with the crew of Cydney, Jalia, and Taya. Thank you for your help, and I will be back!
