  In fairness, I've had many solid visits here in the past but today was not one of them. Just an oil change today. Took over 30 minutes. The Good...They did check, and show me the engine oil filter and reset my oil change maintenance indicator. But I'm not sure what else was done. I did not see anything else checked. Tires, coolant, washer fluid, etc. And yet I saw him fill out my file on the computer saying all was checked. He even checked off adding washer fluid. Not sure how that could have happened when he never checked my level or opened it up to add fluid. So I asked the guy. He said, "Oh, we are not able to add those fluids today as our compressor is down." In my head I'm thinking, so when were you gonna tell me?? Could at least actually check my levels and let me know if my levels looked good or I should add to them. But I heard nothing. He "asked me" if my lights were working fine. I said, Yes, I think so. That's it. Never actually visually testing any of them. $130 oil change. Hhmmm??

  They are always great and friendly. I've been going to them over 5 years. Jalia is very knowledgeable and helpful.

  This employee named Jean has great customer service he’s a very sweet man and i will always come back because not only there’s one but all of the individuals that work there are very nice and take care of you and what you need.

  I highly recommend haverhill Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I was there today for an oil change, and yes I had to wait a little it as I would anywhere on a Saturday - they were very busy. However you would never know it as I got friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. I wish I got more names but Jean, Carlos and everyone provided excellent customer service and did a great job! Price wasn’t bad either.
