  The first Time I went it was on an emergency basis. Ed took us right in and us out within the hour. I just had service again for a second time (different issue) and again ed had the piece ordered and had my car in and out within an hour and a half. I cannot say enough good things about Ed and his mechanic at the shop but it is now my definite go to spot. I was new to the area and didn’t know any mechanics around but now that I found Edgar and his mechanic at Monroe that will be the place i go. Thank you!

  Scheduling an appointment is super easy online or a quick call. Eddy is very responsive and realistic on the service times and wait. He is very experienced as well! Adrian is super kind and ready to help. Definitely recommend ☺️

  Paid $1200 for all new brakes and rotors. Drove off and heard high pitch screeching. Went back two more times for them to “fix” the noise. Clearly got tired of not being able to figure out the problem and told me the noise was normal. Left there so upset and drove to Meineke down the street, where the kindest mechanic looked it over and was able to identify the issue and fix it free of charge. Horrific that the “mechanics” at Monro had zero clue about brakes.

  I can’t remember his name but the one guy who was working here is awesome!! I went to the Northampton Monro to get new tires and two days later one of the new tires was completely flat. The mechanic at this Monro said they completely messed up the install by not putting in new valve stems and balancing the tires completely wrong. I appreciate this shops honesty and calling out the other shop for doing such a bad job. We need more mechanics like this one!! He replaced all my valve stems, tire and balanced them all out free of charge. EDIT: The mechanic also told me I urgently needed my wheel bearings replaced. I took my car to a local garage and they told me this wasn’t true. Either the Monro mechanic was just mistaken or straight up lying to me. Also Monro said they would refund me for the faulty work they did but eventually denied the refund. Do not go to Monro for anything. Stick to local shops.
