  I just picked up our XC90 from Jaffarian and they were great to deal with. JD, our salesperson was easy to deal with. They have a dedicated person to show you and explain the vehicles technology with you when you pick the car up. This is huge as I've picked up vehicles before and no one even knows how to pair your phone. Like all dealerships they try to upsell you in finance but were not offensive about it and accepted that I was not interested. I would use Jaffarian again.

  I can’t say enough great things about my experience with DJ and the rest of the team at Jaffarian Volvo. From the very beginning, he made what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly easy and straightforward. His patience, warm personality, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. He took the time to answer every question I had, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire deal process. DJ was extremely knowledgeable and always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. I especially appreciated how informative and helpful he was during the plate and registration process — he made sure I understood each step and never made me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. What really showed his dedication was the day I picked up my vehicle. DJ went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for me. He was out in the blazing hot sun, literally dripping sweat, making sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing and that the vehicle was completely road-ready before I drove away. That level of effort and care is something you don’t see every day. He made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable.
