I recently had the pleasure of working with David Jaime on the purchase of my new Volvo XC90, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From beginning to end, David demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and a personable approach that made the entire process comfortable and straightforward. He took the time to thoroughly answer my questions, address my concerns, and ensure I understood every step of the process. What I appreciated most was that I never felt rushed, pressured, or intimidated into making a decision that didn't work for me. David was patient, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me find an arrangement I was comfortable with. Buying a vehicle is a significant financial decision, and having someone who respects that makes all the difference. I truly appreciate David's approach and would highly recommend him to anyone considering a Volvo.

Fantastic experience at Jaffarian Volvo! We test drove our XC60 and closed the deal the same day, with zero pressure. DJ is the best. He understood exactly what we needed and helped us every step of the way. David Andrew in finance got us a great deal, and Narek, the manager, kept everything smooth and professional. Clear communication, no surprises, and a stress-free process. We highly recommend DJ and the entire team at Jaffarian Volvo, and we'll be back for our next Volvo!

We had a really fantastic experience during the purchasing process at Jaffarian Volvo in Haverill. In particular, David (D.J.) was so welcoming and professional. He answered all of our questions to our full satisfaction. If there was something that was beyond his responsibility, he would quickly refer us to the right person. We highly recommend David to anyone who wants to be handled with respect and have full transparency.

If you are in the market for a new Volvo look no further than Jaffarian Volvo in Haverhill. If you want the best sales associate be sure to ask for Mike Mancini. His knowledge of Volvo's is beyond compare! Gavin and his team will be sure to take care of you. We are now leasing 3 Volvo's with two more in the family!

I just picked up our XC90 from Jaffarian and they were great to deal with. JD, our salesperson was easy to deal with. They have a dedicated person to show you and explain the vehicles technology with you when you pick the car up. This is huge as I've picked up vehicles before and no one even knows how to pair your phone. Like all dealerships they try to upsell you in finance but were not offensive about it and accepted that I was not interested. I would use Jaffarian again.
