- ASAbigail StephensJun 29, 20262.0A bit disappointed that I was given a car that costs $60+ to fill the gas tank when I have a heavy commute and specifically asked for a car that was similar to my car getting work done. Which was a Subaru Impreza. They gave me a Chevy trailblazer. It’s incredibly different and has a lot of blind spots. The man also did not take the time to explain any of the features to me such as cruise control and lane assist or the resistance on cruise control. I didn’t feel very safe in the car they gave me. And in the past they gave me a Kia soul. Don’t know the logic that goes into picking the rental. Maybe whatever logic used needs to be reconsidered?

They're very accommodating they picked me up the day I rented the car, I had no transportation, hence why I rented the car. Very excellent customer service in Haverhill Massachusetts. I recommend this office I can't speak for other locations! I've used them a couple of times and always quick and courteous, not to mention the cars are always clean and well maintained! A+
