  Great service and customer care! Needed specific bolts for my Ram 2500, and they had them in stock right away. Since I was with a trailer and couldn't easily pull into the bay, the guys kindly lent me a wrench so I could fix everything on the spot without the hassle of unhooking. Outstanding customer service! Plus, the cappuccino in the office is top-tier. Highly recommend! P.S. What blew me away the most — they actually refused to take a tip! I always tip when I get good service, so I was genuinely shocked. Honestly, these guys are absolute saints. God bless them! Hands down the best Ram service in the whole country! 🙌🔥

  Exceptional Service! I've shopped and serviced Jeeps across the area for decades. My first visit to the Bill DeLuca Haverhill service shop and it was remarkable. Sean in the Service Dept is a top-notch professional. It's another typical busy, backlogged day in the Service Dept and Sean set the expectations, took his time reviewing the service options and delivered ahead of schedule. My Jeep is now exclusively serviced here and my next purchase will be here as well. Thanks Sean!

  I had a smooth and easy experience dealing with Deluca GMC. Dan my salesman was honest, knowledgeable and got me out the door into a new truck in no time at all. I would definitely use Deluca GMC again in the future.
