  I cannot recommend taking your vehicle there for service. I was quoted over the phone one price, then when I was paying the price was considerably higher. They stated that they did not know who answered my call or quoted that price. I do not understand why would want to conduct business in such a manner. Do yourselves a favor, either find another place for service or get a written quote.

  Highly recommend Samantha and the Dealership. Samantha was great. She worked with us every step of the way to make the new Canyon a reality. Everything was relaxed and professional, making it a great experience. Shout-outs to Tony and John Lynch.

  The Service Department is dangerously incompetent. Dealing with Christina is a nightmare. My car was towed here on Labor Day (two weeks ago). They lied when they said nothing was wrong with my car after a "thorough inspection" - but the engine was smoking. Then, they said there was a crack in the coolant tank - that they didn't find on their "thorough inspection" and a new tank would arrive 9/18. Now, they claim the replacement coolant tank cannot be found anywhere at any Chevy dealership in the USA. I have spent over $2k on rental cars over the past two weeks. I have a hard time believing there is not a single coolant tank for a Chevy Trax in the entire country. Go elsewhere for your business - these folks are clowns.

  Canceling my service here. My car needs to be checked out and service requested to drop off for the day. Was denied a loaner car for the day. I explained I have 3 kids, 1 being an infant. I can’t be without a vehicle godforbid I had an emergency. Was told I can rent my own car. For a company dealer as large, this was shocking to hear. I have never been denied one with any other vehicles I’ve owned or dealerships. Left a voicemail to ask a manager and never heard back.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from Bill DeLuca in Haverhill, MA, and I cannot say enough good things about my salesman, Chris. Because of some personal things on my end, I had to wait a while before I could officially make a purchase. This meant I had to make multiple trips to the dealership over time, looking at different vehicles and trying to figure out exactly what options I wanted. Through it all, Chris was absolutely exceptional. He never knew for sure if he was going to get the sale, but he never once complained or showed any impatience. Every single time I walked back through the door, he welcomed me with total sincerity and went above and beyond to help me. He listened to my situation, truly understood my issues, and bore with me through the entire process. Chris's incredible patience, helpfulness, and genuine kindness made all the difference. He stuck it out with me, and he earned this sale 100%.
