I had an oil change appointment scheduled for 6:00 PM and arrived a few minutes early, only to be told that no services could be performed because all of the technicians had left early for the day. What is most frustrating is that I never received a phone call, text, or any form of notification that my appointment had effectively been canceled. My time was completely disregarded, and there was no apology, compensation, or attempt to make the situation right after I wasted my trip there. I left work early to arrive to this appointment. Professionalism and respect for customers’ time should be a priority. If appointments cannot be honored, customers should at the very least be notified in advance instead of showing up and being turned away at the door.
