  Caden said returning after 1pm on a Sunday wasn't a problem and that I could drop the keys with no problem. I returned it Sunday afternoon and was billed a full day more. Caden lied to me, enterprise customer service says 'billing doesn't stop until the car is checked in'. He also signed me up for a sales list. I said just make sure its only via email, I don't want any phone calls... 20 minutes after picking the car up someone from Enterprise called saying 'my friend Caden said you're interested in a car!' and I haven't stopped getting spammed by enterprise sales people since. I rent a car twice a month. This was the worst experience I've had. Oh and the car smelled like cigarettes which wasn't the end of the world since the rental was short notice but, it did make all of my clothing and luggage smell so, that was a nice bonus. Unless you are desperate, rent across the street at Avis.

  Great experience with Enterprise in Hanover. Caden Delnickas was excellent to work with and he made it a smooth, and very efficient pick up and drop off process. In and out. Reservation was for a premium pick up truck. Delighted to see a nice GMC Sierra ready to go for us on a Sunday morning. Impressed with it all.

  Employees were great. Enterprise accounting, not so much. Deposit was taken out of my account immediately. Returning it is taking a lot longer.

  I'm a big fan of enterprise in Hanover MA. They take care of me every time I need a rental. I exclusively deal with them because of how well I'm treated and will never go anywhere else. The crew that works here is incredible. If you need a rental I couldn't recommend them enough

  I had to use Enterprise in Hanover for almost three months after both of our vehicles were totaled when a tree fell on them. It was a stressful situation made even more difficult by a long insurance process, but the team at Enterprise was outstanding from start to finish. They kept us informed any time pricing changed because they knew our insurance had limits on what it would cover. They even went above and beyond by communicating with the insurance company on our behalf, saving us a lot of time and frustration. The pickup and drop-off process was always on time, smooth, and easy. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help. I highly recommend working with the entire team at the Hanover location.
