  Don't go here!!! I told myself I would never go back to another Jiffy Lube, but I was in a hurry and needed a quick oil change. Well....quick it was not!!! I pulled into the bay as soon as I arrived. It took the person a good 5 minutes before they even asked me what I wanted. As I sat for another ten minutes I asked what is the wait for. They told me they ran out of oil and had to run up the street to get some. WHAT???? So 15 minutes later they add the oil and the the teenagers working stood in front of my truck for another 10 minutes talking about teenage shit. I again asked why the wait. The kid looked at me with a smug smile and said ,oh, go ahead and start your truck. My oil change was done but because these kids were to busy talking about whatever they forgot that I was done and I sat there so they could finish their conversation. I will never ever ever go back to Jiffy Lube!!!

  Was pleasantly surprised by my visit to this jiffy lube today. The technician Ashley is great like other reviews are saying!! They do try to upsell you on a couple of things, but she was very courteous when I declined said offers. I also saw some reviews complaining about not knowing the price of services, but I simply just asked when i was prompted and she replied with a very clear answer on the service price! not misleading at all, straight to the point with everything. i was in and out in about 10-15 minutes and the price was decent for a full synthetic oil change with a few additional checks to your vehicle. i'll most likely be back for my next one!

  My first experience at Jiffy Lube was very positive, and I was appreciative of the discount I received on my oil change. Unfortunately, my second experience was completely different. I returned for another oil change approximately four months later. A young employee told me that because it had been “such a really long time” since my last oil change, I would need to pay an additional $20 charge to “clean the oil.” Clean it? I’m getting it changed! When I asked for the total price, he initially quoted me $95. Moments later, he began giving different amounts, saying it could be $75, $50, or $55. He appeared very unsure about the pricing, which made the interaction feel unprofessional and like a scam. It gave the impression that the prices were being made up as the conversation went along. As a result, I decided not to have my oil changed there.

  I had the best experience here. Ashley is absolutely fantastic. I don’t know much about cars and came in for a oil change and she looked over everything pointed out the problems so I understood and I left with more service for my car that I didn’t even know about. Other places I’ve been to are more pushy trying to make me purchase things I don’t necessarily need. Ashley was not like this at all so it was extremely refreshing. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. Thank you Ashley!

  Went for an oil change only, received an oil change only. Quoted $50 at the start, end cost was $164. Advised it would take "no more than 25 minutes," was there with the hood up from 1:16pm to 2:38pm. They did not reset it, so the car is still telling me it is overdue for an oil change. When I would ask for a time update, was told "5 minutes" each time. Most employees spent the time scrolling on phones or playing with the equipment around them. Just go a dealership or anywhere else, save a lot of time and money. They also do not accept the online local coupons.
