- NJNate JacobsJun 19, 20261.0They will cancel your reservation last second and leave you with nothing. Made a reservation ahead of time and reserved a SUV, then confirmed the reservation, then got multiple confirmation texts and emails, then ONE HOUR before pickup they called and told me they don't have ANY cars for me...... I asked what they would do to make it right and they said they had would do nothing for me and I just have no car.... Horrible customer service and horrible business practices.
- SKShane KennettJun 15, 20261.0Worst experience ever I booked a truck 2weeks in advance they left me a message on a Friday evening when I was at work stating that they didn’t have what I wanted to rent but said they would have other cars or suvs to choose from, then I show up the morning of my schedule pickup and the guy says they don’t have anything on the lot besides vehicles that need to be serviced. They literally stranded me in greenfield and on top of that now I don’t have a way to get home because I live an hour from here nor do I have a way to get to work later on this afternoon so way to go enterprise glad I booked in advance.

They said they would contact me as soon as they had a full sized sedan, I didn’t hear anything for the 3+ weeks I had the rental. The car was ‘moderately’ clean on the inside, but the outside was not. Not impressed.
