  Very easily made reservation- pickup and drop off quick and easy. Great car at a great rate! Agents were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use Enterprise car rental again. Thank you 😊 (wish I took a picture of my rental as it was an awesome car!)

  Booked weeks in advance, no car, no sign of a car on the horizon, no cars and hardly any response at two of the other region locations. Left stranded in Greenfield; I had needed the rental car to get home after selling my car at the dealer, and further needed the car for the next two weeks to take me and my family and a large amount of luggage to several locations and ultimately to Boston Logan Airport. Ended up wasting a whole day trying to put together an alternate solution involving car services, because Enterprise is not the only rental company in this region with zero actual cars available, apparently (I called around). I don't blame the employee I talked to, whose main job is probably just telling people all day that their car isn't available. I have been told by several car professionals in Greenfield that Enterprise has done this many times to renters in this area. Corporate needs to either get this location a few more cars, or just close it. Hertz needs to do the same thing.

  FYI: The online inventory and reservation system appears to have absolutely no connection to the actual vehicles available at this location. You can make a “reservation” online, but then have to wait for the location to call and tell you whether the vehicle is actually available. If it isn’t, you’re simply out of luck. And the kicker? The website will still send you a confirmation, pickup details, and pricing information as if everything is all set. The complete disconnect between the corporate website and the actual physical location in 2026 is pretty dumbfounding. It’s disappointing, particularly since there aren’t many other options in the area.

  So at first I was very stressed out about getting a rental as my car was hit while parked and the other parties insurance was only going to cover up to 35$ a day which left me in a small car/sedan when im used to a mid size SUV. However, the associate Nick whom also picked me up from the Collison repair shop noticed that I drove a larger car and was able to give me an upgrade at no cost to me! He was extremely nice, helpful, and professional which made this experience alot less stressful! The location was also very clean and he was able to get to me and everyone else's needs quickly. I was impressed with the time management as he was the only person on staff at this time.
