I called and got a quote for my tires when I brought it in the number was $250 higher and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They did get it down to $100 less then the walk in number. Then they said they would replace my headlight for me and tell me if there was anything else I needed to fix. I asked them to do an oil change while it was on the lift because it was due anyhow. They didn't replace the headlight, they didn't tell me what else was wrong but they did note I needed brakes and rotors on the invoice and 2 weeks later my trucks oil light came on and there was no oil in it! They had cracked the filter housing and it leaked all my oil out. Cost me $198 to have someone else fix their mistake because they undoubtedly would deny it and I wasn't willing to give them a chance to mess up anymore.
