  The staff at Sudbay Chevrolet Cadillac GMC is warm and easy to deal with. The truck I purchased fell into the desired guide line i established. Since I live out of state, truck was delivered to me at no additional charge. The sales manager E-mailed me on every step of the process. Excellent dealership. Worth the trip to Gloucester, MA.

  What an experience! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying an out-of-state vehicle. Luke made the entire process incredibly easy, fast, and stress-free. Being out of state, I expected things to be complicated, but he had everything squared away for us within just a few hours. The communication, professionalism, and overall customer service were top-notch from start to finish. It’s rare to find a dealership that makes you feel this confident and taken care of throughout the entire process. I can honestly say I’ll gladly make the trip again when it comes time for another Chevrolet. They’ve earned a lifetime customer!
