  Had a 9am appointment got here at 845 it’s now noon and still sitting here took them 2+ hours to realize they had the wrong tires. The manager shows up yelling and swearing in front of everyone because he wanted the day off .Then after all that time they didn’t do the alignment. Then when I get home I find the flare I paid for them to throw out jammed in my back seat! This place is beyond disgusting and unprofessional! Passenger seat and rear has so much grime on it because of this. Worst service imaginable I would suggest driving on flats before going to them

  Had to mount and balance tires tires were off balance once done and rims not on right and no tmps sensors so now has to be all re done. Ends up being an expensive ordeal. Will be going to another place don't waste money here. Had appointment and car came out 2-1/2 hrs wait

  Had an appointment for an alignment and 4 new tires today August 9th called the day before to make an appointment and makes sure they had the tire i needed. Got here today for them to tell me the guy called out who doe the alignment and that they didn't know who i talked to but they didn't have the tires i needed. So frustrating

  Went to get my appointment that was scheduled for a alignment and was told that the machine was out of calibration. Then made another appointment now getting all kinds of stories why it can't be done first was the tech was out then the alignment bay is full of tires very poor communication the call center that schedules appointments never has a clue
