  I've been to this shop twice and had great service both times. This morning I took a tire/wheel in with a leaking valve stem. The rep working the front desk immediately adjusted the valve core and stopped the leak. My whole visit today lasted all of 5 minutes. Awesome service here.

  If I could leave zero stars, I would worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment to have my front tires replaced on the day of the appointment I showed up. They told me that they could not replace the tires because their machines were broken and they’re not sure if they’ll be able to do ties for at least two weeks so basically they just didn’t feel like doing the tires on a Friday afternoon and sent me away. do not use this place. I will never go back here again. Every time I go here it’s horrible customer service not once have I had a good experience.

  Booked an appointment online for 4 new tires an a alignment for labor day for a drop off time between 730-11. Showed up right at 730 and the store was closed? Waited around til 8 figuring someone was just having a rough morning but again nobody showed up. 3 other cars also showed up and left by the time I was waiting so seemed to have missed out on quite a bit of a business. I understand it's a holiday but I booked the appointment on Friday so considering Ive received phone calls in the past when there's been issues I figured everything was all set to go. To bad, used to be go to place to get new tires but after reading recent reviews seems I should take my business elsewhere.

  Had an appointment at 1030 my car didn't go in until 1 the guy with the "broken ankle" yelling about how big the new monitors were and he couldnt see behind them while "limping" saying he filing his workmans comp form....the poor fellas out back having to listen to that would send me...won't be back

  Had a 9am appointment got here at 845 it’s now noon and still sitting here took them 2+ hours to realize they had the wrong tires. The manager shows up yelling and swearing in front of everyone because he wanted the day off .Then after all that time they didn’t do the alignment. Then when I get home I find the flare I paid for them to throw out jammed in my back seat! This place is beyond disgusting and unprofessional! Passenger seat and rear has so much grime on it because of this. Worst service imaginable I would suggest driving on flats before going to them
