  After waiting over an hour past my alignment appointment, I had to leave and reschedule the following day. I arrived for my appointment and was told they couldn't do alignments today the techs were out. They could have called and canceled my appointment before I waste my time going there. This is the second time this has happened. Never going here again!!!!! Waste of alot of time!!!

  I had a very concerning experience at this Tire Warehouse location and ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere, which is unfortunate because the service there is generally very quick and friendly and a convenient location. During my visit, I interacted with the manager, Topher, who appeared severely impaired while speaking with me. He was visibly nodding off while standing to the point where he nearly fell backward. When he caught himself, he seemed completely unaware of the conversation we had been having, which made the interaction extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. He was clearly under the influence of something. This was not the first time I had noticed concerning behavior from him during previous visits, but this instance was significantly worse. After the incident, I contacted corporate to file a complaint. After not hearing anything back for over a week, I returned to the store hoping to speak with someone else in management. Instead, I was greeted by the assistant manager, who informed me that the manager was her husband and assured me there was “no issue” and that the matter did not need to be escalated. As a customer, I expect a safe, professional, and attentive environment. Instead, I left feeling uneasy and dismissed. The lack of concern shown when I attempted to report the issue was just as troubling as the original interaction itself. I sincerely hope upper management takes this matter seriously and addresses it appropriately.

  I called and made an 1130 appointment for a flat tire repair when I got there tge pearson behind the counter asked if I used the call center apparently there is an issue for them with the call center it was explained to me that the boss can't get out of the contract for 2 years and that they made 8 appointments for 1130 so I had to waite 2 hours to get a tire fixed they fixed the problem but it was way to long to waite

  Let me start with the fact that the staff was very friendly and respectful... I had just gotten back from a trip to find one of my tires super slack I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me to get home. When I called them they got me an appointment within an hour. They managed to fix my tire in a very timely manner and the price was very reasonable! I would recommend this location to anyone!

  I told the gentleman that I set up appointment with I want to save the old tires , I was quoted $134. For mounting and balance. I explained the website said $118., he said it was $134. I wasn't going to squabble about a couple dollars. My wife took the car to the appointment, and told them we were going to save the old tires, upon completing the installation she was charged $155. And the old tires that only had a couple thousand miles on them were thrown into a disposal pile. She then had to have them retrieve the tires. The install was fine, just the communication and transparency in pricing not so much.
