    Super disappointed. My husband took my car there for an inspection last month, and only a couple of weeks later I heard a grinding noise coming from my car. We took it to our mechanic and he said the brakes and rotors were in bad shape and needed replacing. SpeeDee never said anything about the brakes during the inspection! We are never going back!

    I don't recommend this place. I recently took my car to have the alternator fixed. When they gave me the car, I noticed that it has a leak in the radiator. It turns out that in the process of repairing my alternator. They broke my radiator when I went to claim. They told me they couldn't fix it. When it was their fault. The only solution they gave me was to buy a new radiator and they only charged me for the new radiator mount.

    I want to say that Kenny is always great every time I bring one of my vehicles in. He has great customer service and always remembers his customers. It’s a top notch place and with the mechanic side now I won’t bring my vehicles anywhere else.

    Called at noon to ask hours for inspection sticker. They told me they closed at 5, and 4:00 would be the last time to get in line. Got there at 3:45 PM on Saturday and they were closing for the day. Wish you told me this so I could have made another place that was actually staying open for their scheduled hours.

    I had an appointment today for 12:00pm to get my breaks, pads and routers replaced. Speaking on the phone with them a few days prior to my appointment I told them that I would leave my car parked in the side lot. I dropped my car off at 6am got a ride to work, and returned at 3:30 to pick up my car. My car sat in their parking lot for 9.5 hours and nobody thought to check the lot for my car. My car did not get worked on and it was a SEVERE inconvenience to my schedule today. I will have to call out of work for a day to get my car worked on and they are not even willing to negotiate pricing at this point even though the fault is of their employees negligence. I would not recommend this location for anything more than an oil change. They don’t seem to value customer relations whatsoever. At a minimum if they thought I had missed my appointment they should have called and they didn’t even do that.
