- BCBlue Line CoachingAug 12, 20265.0I appreciated the smooth process of pick up and drop off. We rented a car to drive to our son's Boot Camp Graduation 16 hours away. When we was first shown a car, it smelled like marijuana and I asked for another option and was immediately told yes and we looked at another one. The customer service was excellent and the ability to modify to keep the car an extra day for us to spend as much time as possible with our son was easy! Thank you so much!

Original Post: I was guaranteed by Enterprise a car was available at this location and then they called and said they had no cars available. They transferred us to their main customer service # to speak to someone to try and get a car from another location and we were hung up when we were tried to get a resolution for this mess. We have now been hung up on 3 times and they just don't care about customer service and how they are taking points for rentals agreements they don't actually have cars for. Don't use Enterprise for rentals!!!
