  I don't usually leave reviews on anything but I just HAD to give a shout out to the amazing staff. Back at the tail end of May I found myself in an unexpected collision which resulted in my vehicle being deemed totaled. Insurance covered a rental but sent me to a Hertz location first. I was NOT impressed with this location. I reserved a car online but when I showed up they didn't have a car for me. Not only that but the location was visibly dirty with bugs all over the place. Still I gave them the rest of that day, into the next morning to find a car and they still did not have a car for me. Needless to say, I called my insurance and asked them to switch me to Gardner Enterprise. I still had to wait another day for them to have a car, but once I went to go pick it up, they actually had a car for me! Not only that but when there was a slight hiccup with the insurance portion, Fiona was incredibly patient and walked me through what I needed, even going so far as to call my insurance company on behalf when I couldn't get through to an agent. As well the location was impeccably clean, and smelled good, and the music playing was audible but not intrusive. All in all everything about this location impressed me. I just got home from returning my rental and the only reason I waited to leave this review was in case something went wrong. It didn't. Massive kudos to Enterprise, and especially to Fiona.

  Had to get a rental for having car repairs. Staff was incredibly helpful, car was clean, modification to rental was easy

  Friendly staff, helpful!! Reasonable rates, even provided me an Uber to get there to pick up a car, and home after I dropped the car off!

  I really loved my rental, my kids did too. It was affordable, and the guy that helped me out with my rental, explained all the add-ons that I could get….. he was cute too so that was a plus also lol. I went to enterprise in Gardner ma and will definitely be going back next time I need a rental.

  I had reserved a premium 8 passenger suv over a month in advance, when the date came for my pick up I recieved a call stating the vehicle that was reserved for me came back damaged so all they had was a 7 passenger dodge durango which would not been enough space for my trip. I was told I could call around but thats all they would have for me and to call back if I would like it. After searching I found a vehicle an hour away so I called enterprise by my reservation time and told them I was on my way, 5 minutes later I get a call back they just gave it to the person who originally had reserved it. I was offered a 15 passenger van for a beach vacation, no thanks. In the end I drove the hour and had to pay $400 more for a rental and and last minute stress that was not needed if enterprise had they're duck in a row.
