  Damon went above and beyond. He recommended the top brand for the windshield wipers and he removed the olds ones and placed. The new ones in. Away a smile on him. Thank you Damon for you great work! Autozone is so lucky to have you.

  Called being very polite the service was terrible. A man answered the phone. I could not even hear him. I didn’t know that the call even went through. He was mumbling didn’t greet me I was asking about a part and then was hung up on.

  Used to be a decent place, but it’s been going down hill lately. They will order a part and it will come in wrong, or damaged. Go to return cores and you get charged the core charge instead of credited it. This particular experience I ordered a right hand side caliper. Caliper shows up in a box that was beat to hell. I pulled out a very well already installed and removed caliper. I explain to the clerk that this caliper is a left hand side caliper and the box obviously has been open. He runs the part # and tells me it’s a right hand caliper. I then show him the location of the bleeder would make it a left hand caliper. Anyways after some back and fourth, they order me the right one. Some how when I returned the core on the right one it got messed up and I was charged the core instead of credited. Kevin the manger was very helpful and got me in touch with the right people to get it squared away. A week later this whole process was way longer then needed. I should have never been given a caliper that was in an already opened box. Edit 6-28-26 bought a “true gear” steering box for my 05 Silverado last fall thru autozone. Now not even a year old there’s a terrible leak coming out of the pitman arm seal on the box. Go to autozone to see what the warranty is on the part as it’s not even a year old, and I’m told I have to pay for a new steering box in order for them to get it to the store, grant you I’ll get a refund when I warranty the old box (hopefully, had issues with that before). Don’t you think it’s a little crazy I have to pay for the same part twice? I understand I can’t just walk out of the store with a un-paid part in hand. But I can’t even take the leaking one out of my truck and swap it out on hand. So now my options are pay for another one, cross my fingers that I get the right refund and be with out my truck for a few days. Or, deal with a leaking brand new part. Your part failed me, why can’t the store order it, and I’ll bring the leaking one in and swap it right then and there? That would be the most convenient for the customer.. really just disappointed in the whole autozone experience lately…
