  Love coming to the Franklin location! Always very helpful and kind! Ethan and Edgar attended to me today, they were very kind and helpful with explaining things! I appreciate their kindness and getting me in and out in less than 15 minutes!

  Excellent service! This is the quickest way to get an oil change and the whole experience is great. Especially when you have kids and they can stay in the car while the whole process is being completed. AND they give the kiddos a coloring book and crayons to keep them busy while you wait. The technicians in the bay all work so well together, doing a full check on the lights, wipers, etc and they communicate with you the entire time making sure you know what’s being done, how long the process will take, etc. There are also technicians under the car, in the pit, where the oil is being changed, air filters are changed (if needed), and leaks are checked for. The whole setup is a great concept and pretty cool to watch. And I love that all of the technicians are working together and communicating well together, as well as with their customers. And this location has the friendliest group of people working! I love our family mechanic, but for an oil change, Valvoline has become the place for us to go! AND bonus- they gave the kiddos each a runner ducky, which of course was the highlight of the entire experience! Absolutely, highly recommend!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

  I had such a good experience at Valvoline! This was my first time doing an instant oil change. Every employee was so kind and helpful and really educated me on how my car should be running. Price was very fair and I will be doing all of my oil changes this way moving forward!

  Bennu was great! The guys were amazing! Kiro was amazing will definitely come back! And even more importantly, they had my cabin air filter for my new 25 Honda Civic, which most Valvoline around the area didn’t! Love the experience amazing start to my day thanks guys again. They heavily deserve more money.

  Great, quick drive-up service - very convenient compared with other shops where appointments can take time. Rob really stood out. He had a great personality, was extremely positive, and within just a few minutes made me feel comfortable and confident about the service. He patiently answered all my questions and guided me through everything without being pushy. Thank you, Rob! The only downside is the pricing. Oil-change costs seem to be increasing much faster than inflation. Otherwise, a great experience.
