    Came in Jan 14, They gave me the plug in code machine thing for when your check engine light comes on and I had to go out myself and figure out where to plug it in and then look at the codes. Kinda negligent, I totally could have stolen the machine and they would’ve had no idea who I was. Any other autozone would’ve had the employee come out and plug it in.

    Wow! I haven't had such a consistently poor customer service experience from a retail store (any industry sector) in about 20 years. Employees here give off some of the strongest I'm-annoyed-that-I-have-help-you vibes I've ever seen. Three of them watched me walk around the store across 4 aisle for 5 minutes looking for an item and never once bothered to ask if I needed help. A simple retail purchase was like an inconvenience to their day of smoke breaks and personal conversations. By the way, enjoy the cloud of employee nicotine in front of the store as one of them always seems to be on smoke break and can't be bothered to smoke more than 5 ft from the door. I also witnessed the plug in the code checker machine yourself, that other reviewers mentioned, while I was looking for my item. Where is the closest competitor auto parts store as I'll be going there from now on.
