  I am with TOSTI service for more than 40 years...Never had any problems. They are friendly, professional and attentive.... I would definitely recommend them for any car problems.

  My odyssey alternator stopped working and I had to tow my vehicle to near by shop (Tosti). The front desk person increased the price without even inspecting the van as soon I dropped my vehicle at the shop. Because it would’ve expensive for me to tow my van to another shop, Tosti took the advantage of the situation and overcharged me ($960) just for the alternator. I had a very bad experience and I even talked to the manager about the situation. Manager acknowledged that the front desk guy shouldn’t have increased the price without inspecting the van. I clearly told the manager that you guys had lost a customer and I didn’t go back to Tosti and don’t wish to go either!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Tosti’s Auto Repair in Framingham, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional mechanic. My 2019 Ford F-150 developed a serious problem, so I first took it to two other mechanics. One told me the repair would cost around $5,000, while the other told me I would need to replace the entire engine, which could cost approximately $7,000–$8,000. Then I brought my truck to Tosti’s. In less than 10 minutes, the owner diagnosed the problem and explained that it appeared to be related to sensors and other components—not an engine replacement. He was completely transparent and told me that even if they discovered something more serious during the repair, the total should not exceed approximately $1,500. His honesty and confidence immediately earned my trust, so I authorized the repair. Less than 24 hours later, my F-150 was repaired, running perfectly, and my final bill was $1,490. What impressed me most was not just the money I saved—it was the honesty, professionalism, knowledge, and transparency. The shop is extremely clean and organized, they have several professional mechanics, and you can immediately tell they take their work and their customers seriously. After being told elsewhere that I might need a new engine and could spend as much as $8,000, Tostes correctly diagnosed and repaired my truck for $1,490. That says everything about their integrity. Finding a mechanic you can truly trust is not easy. Tostes earned my trust, my respect, and my future business. I would recommend them without hesitation to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a reliable and honest auto repair shop in the Framingham area. Five stars without hesitation.   Took my 2015 Range Rover Evoque in at 100k for brakes, alignment, and an oil change. They measured pad wear before recommending replacement — no upsell, just honest work. They also caught and fixed a steering wheel that was off-center during the alignment, which I hadn't even mentioned. Also, got an issue fixed for a pretty fair price. Overall great for a specialist-level Land Rover service
