  I am incredibly happy with the level of service, and communication skills of the entire staff at Safelite in Framingham. they installed a Factory windshield flawlessly and without issue. service was fast and courteous. I will be returning for any automotive glass work in the future! Thank you Safelite Framingham!

  My issue with Safelite is still not resolved. I started the windshield replacement process over a week ago and have already experienced two cancellations. After waiting for my scheduled appointment, I received a call from the local office telling me that the specific windshield for my vehicle had not yet arrived and that I would need to continue waiting. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of communication. When I call the customer service number, the automated system only provides information about online appointments and does not give me a way to get a clear update on my case. Meanwhile, the local office called me and asked me to wait until the glass arrives, but I have no way to reach someone and get a real answer about when that will be. At this point, I have been waiting since last week with no resolution, no confirmed installation date, and no clear communication. I understand that supply issues can happen, but customers deserve accurate information and a reliable way to get updates. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend Safelite based on the service I have received so far.

  Great service. Got an appointment quickly. Only took 1.5 hours to get a new replacement. Merry was very helpful and extremely friendly. We highly recommend going there for windshield replacement
