- CPChristine PrunierSep 4, 20265.0I booked my appointment online and surprisingly was able to get a fairly quick appointment. I showed up early and they took my car right away. While I did wait for the new windshield to be replaced and calibrated I was able to connect to their WiFi and work which is always a plus. The work they did replacing the windshield turned out beautifully. They also vacuumed the car, which had a lot of dog hair so a double win for me. I highly recommend Safelight for your windshield replacement needs.

Multiple calls to Safelite put me in an AI agent death spiral after multiple requests to the AI agent for a "human." Finally got through to them by the end of the day. They completed the work after hours and had my car ready in the morning. Work was good but very disappointing experience with Safelite as an organization.
