  Absolutely terrible experience I had. They are dishonest, do not follow their own contract, and charge customers more than what was agreed upon. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. Price is $85 online, but Ben charged me $115, bringing the total for just three days more than $500. As soon as I got into the car, before even leaving the parking lot, I noticed the price was wrong and went back inside, and Ben told me he couldn’t do anything. So I asked to cancel, and Ben told me I would have to pay $131 for one day. He repeatedly claimed this charge was in the contract, but when I asked him to show me exactly where, he couldn’t. He then changed his explanation and said it was “company policy.” When I continued to dispute the charge, Ben told me that he could cancel everything, but that he would put me on a list that would prevent me from ever renting a car from Enterprise again!! I refused to take the car and said I would speak with the manager. Ben then told me OUTSIDE the cancellation would only cost around $40, which I agreed to. Today, I checked my credit card and discovered that I was actually charged $171 — apparently the $40 was added on top of the $131. I NEVER LEFT THE PARKING LOT WITH THE CAR. I was given conflicting information, told a fee was in my contract when they couldn’t show me where, and ultimately charged significantly more than what I was told I would pay. Extremely misleading and unacceptable experience.

  Had a great experience renting and returning a car to this location after a not so great experience with the location in Milford. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Aaron made the return process super easy and quick. We've used Enterprise many times in the past for car rentals and this was by far the best experience we've had with Enterprise. If you need a car, make sure to go to this location, I know we will make the point to use this location for our future rental needs.

  Framinh, MA Local office and national office of Enterprise was terrible. No invoices were sent, they tried to charge false overcharges like gas and time a that they wouldn’t even send an invoice explaining charges. Repeated phone calls over several days were never answered. Huge waste of time. Don’t use them.
