  Great customer service and great staff amenities—this place feels more like a family you can trust than a dealership. I came upon it by happenstance and was pleasantly surprised. I worked mostly with David Artemenko, and I can’t say enough good things about him—good guy. Would highly recommend!

  This location is more than deserving of the name Stealership, mainly because they will STEAL FROM YOU! In more ways than 1 too, as others have mentioned the average costs here for routine work is nearly double what it should be. On top of that, when I brought my car in for service they removed working parts from the vehicle without telling me or putting them back. When I asked about it all of a sudden I was IGNORED BY MANAGEMENT. It's clear that they are deceitful, will not do what's right by a customer. If this is how their Service department treats people then I can only imagine it's way worse on Sales. My recommendation is to STAY FAR AWAY from here because whatever your car needs they will make it worse and blame you. Nothing my lawyer can't straighten out but to have to resort to legal action is wild. Disappointing to say the very, very least. After 3 attempts for them to fix my vehicle they did not, I had another shop (Non-Stealership) do the work took 4 hours and under half what Toyota charged. Will also file formal complaints with BBB and the corporate owners. Disgusting behavior.

  I purchased a Toyota Camry for my daughter at Bernardi Toyota over the weekend. It truly was a pleasurable experience dealing with our salesman Ryan Wormmood. Zero pressure and Ryan offered more than expected for my trade in! It was more than worth it traveling well over an hour to Bernardi and I’ll definitely be back!
