  Specifically requested no plate frame and no dealer sticker when I bought my car. Not only did they put their plate frame on but it’s so big it completely obstructs your ability to put a new registration sticker on. My car isn’t your billboard.

  Manager Brian assigned us to Kat knowing that we had a horrendous experience at another dealership because she is the BEST! Kat is professional and extremely pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We highly recommend Bernardi Toyota and especially Kat.

  My experience here was great. I worked with Ellen S, she was amazing and was extremely helpful. She answered any and every question I had and explained it so I could understand! I would work with Bernardi Toyota again!
