  I bought an unlimited car wash membership plan, and suddenly I was not able to access the car wash as they use an automated car recognition system. I decided to speak to a representative on site, but all of the representatives ignored me and refused to speak to me. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they told me that I was not able to use the system anymore because I did not have a front license plate that was able to be picked up by the system. They even refused to manually redeem the unlimited membership for me despite showing them my active membership status. They also do not offer a barcode or code to enter into the terminal to redeem. They then said there was nothing else they could do to help me and when I reached out to their customer service I find out they don’t even have an active email to contact for assistance. Thus, I wasted a $40 membership because THEIR system couldn’t not recognize my car. I DO NOT recommend as they are not professional and do not care if you experience any issues. Edit (Following Response from owner): I attempted to out via the phone number listed multiple times but only reached a voicemail. I could not cancel the membership because it requires that you contact them, via the number provided, thus I was charged again for a membership I could not use. My only option was to contact my bank to get rid of the charge. In regard to the front license plate requirement, it seems rather restrictive and excluding given not every car has a front license plate especially if the car is registered outside the state of Massachusetts. I recommend that you (the owner) look into a back plate option.

  The car wash did an okay job, but I felt like they missed a few spots. It was convenient, and the staff was friendly, but I expected a bit more shine. I'll probably be back, but I might try somewhere else next time.

  Very expensive oil change i paid $104.74 when the guy wrote $67.00. I go to other places and pay $45.00 on oil change this will be my last time on a oil change here.

  I will go back... my car was actually clean after. And the under carriage wash is super strong! I got the free wash from a Facebook ad.
