  Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Very easy process and Jack worked with me on extending the rental because my car was in the collision shop. Also worked very well with the collision shop and seamless coordination to pick up my car at enterprise and drop it off at the collision shop when my car was ready. Will definitely use again.

  The initial meeting at the designated site went well. The person dropping it off went through the paperwork with me very clearly and thoroughly, and we checked over the outside of the car together before he left me with the keys. However, upon opening the car door, I noticed immediately a distinct and extremely strong smell of marijuana through the entire car. There are clear “no smoking” signs on the dashboard, and while understandably the company cannot be responsible for what a client may do inside their car, they are responsible for loaning it out in a manner and fashion that is acceptable and appropriate for any and all other clientele. We used this rental to drive two children to an out of state baseball tournament, and the strong smell of weed remained the entire weekend. Moreover, as we were driving out of state for this tournament and the license plate of the rental was from Ohio. We absolutely would have needed to explain the smell coming from the car if we were pulled over as can often happen with cars that have out-of-state plates. It was that strong. We tried to trade it in on Friday before leaving because it was also a smaller model than expected, and my husband was led to believe that they would be able to swap it out. He drove all the way to Foxborough to trade the car only to find out that there were no more left to loan out on the lot. Nobody called to let him know of this lack of availability, so it was a wasted trip for him. A car ran well and ended up being sufficient for our trip in other ways, but we were extremely disappointed in needing to transport our children in a car that smelled as it did and needed strategic packing to fit everything we packed.

  I am still fighting for a $31 gas charge that was put into my bill but was not told to me beforehand. Why would i pay for gas for a vehicle that came back with more gas than it left with? How hard is it to give the customer a car with a full tank? After repeated attempts to get my money back for this deceptivenss, no one will call me back. Use anyone else but Enterprise.
