  I was extremely concerned about the condition of the vehicle I was given by Enterprise. The original car appeared to have a crack behind the instrument cluster or dashboard display that had allowed moisture to enter. As a result, the dashboard was unreadable, making it impossible to clearly see critical information such as speed, fuel level, and engine warning lights. This is a significant safety hazard, and I do not understand why a vehicle with an unreadable dashboard was rented to a customer in the first place. When I called to report the issue, the employee I spoke with was already aware of the dashboard problem, which raises further concerns about why the vehicle was placed into service despite a known safety issue. Being given a vehicle with a known safety defect made me feel that customer safety was not a priority. The experience has significantly reduced my confidence in Enterprise and makes me hesitant to rent from the company again. I hope Enterprise takes steps to ensure that vehicles with known safety-related problems are removed from service until they are properly repaired.

  Rented me a filthy vehicle , and the tires measured 2/32nds of tread. State minimum is 3/32 to pass inspection. They have zero cars at any location to switch me out of. I offered to take the vehicle to a tire shop they work with and have the tires replaced on my own time. We agreed that would happen. Now it’s at the shop and enterprise is too cheap to pay for the tires on their own car. They won’t approve the tire that their service provider has to offer. I have been unable to get anyone on the phone with over an hour of waiting. I will not be recommending any one to use their rental car services. Not sure how they allow their customer to drive their car they allowed to be rented and a tire could potentially blows out on it from being unsafe.

  The manager here, Ga, needs a training course or 6 on customer service. First, he sat on a phone call for 10 minutes instead of putting the phone down to help a customer standing right in front of him. Then, said we need to wait for a car to arrive. Then, after 20 minutes of a wait, tried to rent us the car that had been sitting in the parking lot the whole entire time (but conveniently, 3 staff members returned with their lunches at the exact same time). Clearly he lied, needed help, and was just waiting for that help rather than tell us the truth. Then, upon cancelling my reservation on me, told me it was impossible to send proof of the cancellation. Didn’t know how to take a screenshot but thinks he knows how to run a car rental system. Weird. If you want to work with an incompetent staff that have never learned how to talk to a customer, go here. For competent staff, go to Leominster.

  Pat was so helpful in getting my husband, 2 pups, and I in a vehicle quickly tonight (right before closing up shop too) so we could get home safely from vacation. He was kind and we sincerely appreciated his help!
