In the area behind the counter there was what sounded like a woman yelling profanities loud enough so that everyone in the store could hear. The store manager kept apologizing profusely for the disturbance, and he handled it well as it was quite unexpected. I had my 7 year old daughter in the store, and if this is a regular occurrence then I will not be shopping at this particular location again.

There was a line forming behind me as I wasn’t exactly sure what I was doing, but he didn’t make me feel rushed and explained everything to me so that I understood. I 100% recommend this location.

Her dog also growled at me, which is abnormal for what I would assume to be a service animal. I don’t understand how professional a company can be when this happens. I will be telling all my friends never to go to this store again. You have a dangerous dog walking loose around the store and management yelling and screaming. I tried to find the GM but he was off. I’m very upset. I used to love your stores, and it’s upsetting that I had to leave without making a purchase.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
