    Been to this Autozone many times but this morning I had the worst customer service I have had in my life, seriously wanted some coolant for my Honda . couldn’t find what I was looking for asked the sales clerk. He just walked away from me without saying anything then he asked,the man on the register, who told him to look it up in the computer, looked it up in the computer, and then flipped the screen over to me to look and find it never said a word just stood there with a look of distain on his face, some unhappy teenager who doesn’t want to workI guess , but really AutoZone if this is the way you want to treat your customers you’re gonna lose your customers … the fact that it wasn’t in stock wasn’t a problem. It was the attitude of this young man somebody should train him as he clearly doesn’t know what he is doing.

    I just want to thank the store manager, Jason! He helped me replace the rear tail light bulb on my car and was incredibly attentive and helpful. I truly appreciate his kindness and great customer service. Thank you so much, Jason!

    As a commercial customer i was told to get out and refused service on a Saturday. as i called ahead before confirming that the part i needed is available for me there in order for me to make the drive to Falmouth and able to swap the defective caliper i bought. The gentleman with red shirt was helpful but the woman wearing the gray commercial shirt was clueless and refused to help in any way (AMY). It was a complicated exchange and they needed there boss Jason or Janet in which i have a good service with before .Amy said im not calling them and said to me to i hope your not mad at me , my response was simple Monday ill explain what's going on and how Amy refused to check me out because she doesn't know and couldnt manage to check me out commercial ..She got upset and kept repeating "get out" as i already gave cash to the gentleman handling the transaction and couldn't finish cashing me out. So after that she calls Jason to defend herself and as she's on the phone she refuses to let the gentleman handle my transaction, so the gentleman just says to me to take the caliper and comeback Monday. Im still owed a few dollars and some change and some money from previous returns in which the commercial manager informed me before today's incident and experience. I didnt complain at all from the geko i told both of them ill pay the part and the core and deal with it later on monday with commerical manager or gm so i paid the core and the full price on the caliper , as i intend to get this resolved Monday. Ill be filing a complaint to corporate for this experience and treatment a very horrible treatment especially when I drove 35mins away and also called ahead and was told from the start from Amy who answered the phone call that I made from the start. First i was lied about the swap and told me they didn't know what to do once I got there and lastly refused to make the attempt to help me at all through out the process especially when the gentleman was trying to return the core money but doesnt have access needs a manager to authorize he made the comment to Amy to go ahead and call jason or janet, Amy said no im not calling so i heard that and made the effort just to tell them both ill pay in full and ill deal with manager on Monday to get this defective part returned and core resolved to make it easier for them .amy said with no hesitation "im not calling jason or janet i just spoke with jason and im not calling him for this", apparently in her words the managers are excluded to help them when a situation like mine to help out so all there managers cant be bothered on saturday if they are not there.but as I said I will inform whats happening here today to the bosses on monday, Amy was quick to call Jason so my question is why you couldnt call him earlier when she needed help to cash me out but had no problem calling jason to make her defense acting like a victim for no reason only because I mentioned i will update what's going on here today to both jason and janet at the Falmouth store. I've been respectful and calm all the way and have the recording proof to go with it and im showing it corporate to show how they are running Falmouth store to commercial accounts on a Saturday, so apparently I have to wait till Monday to get a caliper because they can't cash out or deal with exchanges and also can't answer my questions at all. What a horrible service and experience this time on a Saturday. Wow!!!

    These guys are just great. Jason not only had the exact headlight bulb in stock that our old car needed, he made sure that it worked. They’re a pleasure to deal with.
