  Absolutely disgusted with sullivan tire. Called july 16th, got in touch with a gentleman at the store who heard my interest in purchasing a new set of tires for my vehicle. I decide to shop around for prices. Call back the next day, and set up an appointment with what I can only assume to be the call center. About 4 hours later I get a call from what I belive to be the warehouse. Gentleman on the phone says that the tire I had an appointment to have put onto my vehicle, 1 tire was given away. Inconvenience, but not a big deal. I ask when the tires can be ordered next and and how early the job can be done in store. Transferred to a lady who says they can be in earliest Monday. Okay, schedule an appointment for Monday July 20th. Get there, drop off the car, no big deal. Guy at the desk calls me about 3 hours later. No tires at all of that type in the store at all. He dosent have them. Says the lady at the call center lied and never ordered them / were not on the delivery truck. Unreal. He then reccomended a different tyre. Not to mention, i drive a 2014 kia sorento. Doing 1 second of google research the tires i was reccomended were made for sports cars and sedans, designed to handle heavy cornering and high speeds under load which unless i am a toddler, is NOT what a 2014 kia sorento is designed to do. I think that i explained to everyone involved about 80 times that i do a massive amount of highway driving and need highway oriented wet / dry weather all season tires. Apparently, the vehicle also cannot have an alignment done, the ball joints need to be replaced? I know this is a blatant lie because i just had the car inspected by a mechanic i trust fully, and the inspection returned a completely different item being troublesome to the suspension. This is very upsetting. I did not have the service performed. I took my vehicle back and went to town fair tire, who will have my buisness from now on. The treatment of not only myself but my vehicle and needs were listened to and understood leaps and bounds better. I am no businessman, but I dont belive that what I experienced is a healthy way of doing buisness at all.

  I had a blowout on one of my tires right before a long weekend. Every other place couldn't get to it until after the weekend, but Sullivan's was able to get the tire and turn it around the same day. That meant that I didn't have to alter my travel plans, since the spare wasn't rated for the distance I was planning to drive. Really appreciate their quick service!

  Sullivan Tire had the tires my car needed when no one else in the area did. The car needed an alignment and their price was approx $20 below that of the competition. Would definitely come back to Sullivan Tire again

  Stay away from this Sullivan Tire location when trying to get a inspection sticker IV just been failed twice now same 2026 inspection but I'm being failed for my fog light bulb not working which that is just an accessory I'm not driving a tractor trailer going for a D.O.T inspection I'm driving a 25 year old vehicle then their failing me for an exhaust leak on my 25 year old car and after the exhaust leak was patched up they wanted to use the excuse it's got exhaust fumes leaking into my car that I sit in every day on my lunch break for an hour with my windows up no issues neved smelled any exhaust fumes in the three years that IV had that minor exhaust leak. The only thing they did that was a correct misfault with my vehicle where my vehicle should of failed is my washer fluid wasn't working so I tested the pump seen it wasn't getting any power so I replaced it and the problem was solved other than that their just fishing for repairs or their inspection guy just don't know what the hell he's doing he thinks he's doing inspections on D.O.T vehicles or something talking about fog lights not working when it's just an accessory light which does not need to be working only on Tractor trailers it does, if I gotta pull the fog lights out just to pass inspection I will, because if their not there you can't fail me for a non working accessory light that's not there on my 2001 Acura CL tractor trailer lol they blamed the state for giving them a hard time about passing people with dark tint and loud after market exhaust so take your aggervation out on all customers who come in for an inspection sticker is how their handling it.
