  The Fall River, MA office that we rented from was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us on several occasions with problems that arose during our trip!! Chris, the manager was absolutely fabulous helping us from several states away on the phone when we could not get the corporate office/customer service to help us on our journey. Our rental car was found to have an Apple Air tag stuck to it that followed us and tracked our movements for several days before we could find it, again Chris was very helpful. The following day two of our tires began to leak air and we had called roadside as well as several supervisors within the customer service phone number realm of your company and it was nothing but a hassle it absolutely made our experience very difficult trying to find a swapping vehicle. Its is unacceptable to have this happen to oaying customers! We wasted valuable vacation time speaking to ineffective customer service people, being out on hold for long stretches of time only to be hung up on and upon calling back offered a very minimal help and only aggravation from customer service. Chris from the Fall River office went out of his way to help us on the phone to source another vehicle to swao ours when your customer service on the phone would not help us! This experience has been incredibly challenging and if not for Chris at the Fall River office and his team there, this review would have reflected very differently on your company. Your company needs to seriously look at policies involving sweeping vehicles for air tags it is absolutely unacceptable that air tags are placed on vehicles and offices have no idea that they're there. Customer service also needs to be able to help customers on the road better, it is extremely inefficient and unacceptable to have customers dealing extremely stressful situations and to have customers trying to source their own swap for a vehicle while on vacation wasting valuable time with family. I am still waiting on a call back from a regional manager at your company now several days later that we had requested because we have had so many problems with this rental!!!
