    DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE! BEWARE! My experience was horrible. Nothing but a nightmare from the very begining until the very end. I booked over a week in advance just to wait over an hour for them to bring the car around the building at pick up. I was told they had it in the shop cleaning it out when it should have been ready when I got there at the scheduled time. This put me back over an hour for the plans I had and was forced to cancel reservations to a resteraunt I had for my Wife's Birthday Dinner! Also was not informed about the $300 hold they take at pickup so had to unexpectly use another credit card that I did not plan on using. It is now 1 week later and I still have not got the $300 back. Then I was also charged another $68 without my permission for tolls! I had specifically asked about tolls before I picked up the rental and was told tolls are included and unlimited with the ez-pass. I did not expexct to be charged for the tolls and I was not informed by anyone of the charge prior to this and I certainly did not give anyone permisson to charge the card any additional amount other than the origional $300 hold. They also didnt even know that I returned the rental on the scheduled day of return eventhough I left the keys in the dropbox. It took them 4 days of sending me alerts telling me to return it and threatened to charge me for the extra days! I had to call them to tell them it was returned and had been parked in front of the building in plain sight for 4 days. Only then they realized it and finialized the rental and stopped sending me alerts to return it. So not only has the entire process from pickup to the return been a complete disaster, I am out $368 that has not been returned to me. Update: After reaching out to the store, the Manager emailed me back asking me to call him about this. So I did. He told me he was "Busy with a lobby full of customers" and will call me back in 10mins. He never called. So I called back a 2nd time 1hr later. He said "I didnt forget about you, its just too busy and the lobby is still full". He asked if he could call me back when it dies down and he would have time to talk. I said yes. It has now been over 2 weeks and I still have not had the $300 hold returned back to me. Or the $68 in toll fees that shouldve been included with the rental. In conclusion, a 3 day rental cost me over $500!!! They never returned the $300 hold 2 weeks later. Never called back after reaching out. But thats not their intentions right? Lol what a joke!

    I booked a reservation online for a jeep wrangler and was informed that the vehicle was not available. Once I made it to the lot I walked around to see what was at the location. There was a jeep wrangler rental available. The mgr Adam later changed it to I can’t rent with an out of state drivers license which makes no sense.

    Santi is amazing and very helpful. Everyone there is really kind. I had one minor issue (nail in a tire) out of the numerous cars I have rented from them and they were quick to swap out my rental. I will always come back to this location 10/10 recommended.

    I had a great experience at Enterprise Fall River. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they had a good selection of new, clean cars to choose from. Prices were reasonable. Would recommend and use again in the future!
