  Assisted by Wendell. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Brought vehicle in with a seized engine covered by warranty. Corporate approved repair within 3 days and was set up with a loaner next day. Engine was backordered, total time of repair was 2wks. Pleased with response and timeliness.

  We had a great experience at Empire Hyundai leasing a Hyundai Tucson for our daughter. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and straightforward, and we never felt pressured or rushed. Most importantly, our daughter loves her new Tucson, and we feel great knowing she has a vehicle she’s happy with. Overall, it was a really positive car-buying experience, and we would definitely recommend Empire Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you to the entire team!

  I sold my car to Empire Hyundai and it has been the absolute worst experience. It took them over a week longer to cut my check because they had me sign incorrect paperwork. When I would try to get in touch with the sales manager I was working with, or really anyone at their office, they would send me on a wild goose chase between the different Hyundai offices. I had to drive to their office in person multiple times to get an update on the status of my sale. The disorganization at this establishment is unbelievable. I am now trying to get the odometer reading from the sale of my car and they don't have it. I wish I never sold my car to them and I would urge you to go elsewhere for any car needs. They do not know how answer the phone or emails, let alone how to operate a business.
